Don’t be sold on a repair because the muffler has a lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty for most mufflers includes only the muffler. More importantly the lifetime warranty does not include the labor to install the muffler. Also the only part covered is the muffler. So if you had the complete exhaust system replaced with some warranties just the cost of the muffler is covered. At Jade Auto Service we feature a 12 month / 12000 mile repair warranty for parts and labor. Parts warranties are extended in cases where the manufacture warranty is longer. Make sure you understand what is covered by the warranty before you approve the work.

Catalytic converter: Reduces emissions from the engine.
